 Understanding Score Averages:

Each statement allowed the survey participant to share whether they agreed or disagreed with the statement.  They could strongly, moderately or slightly agree or disagree.  The value of each answer appears below:

So, if everyone on the team said that they strongly agreed with the statement, the highest possible team score on a statement would be a 10, and the lowest possible score would be a -10 (if everyone strongly disagreed).

Some of the statements on the survey allowed the responder to answer with a Not Applicable answer.  These answers were treated as if the person didn’t respond, so they did not impact the scores on that statement at all.

The Score for each statement on the survey reflects an average of the opinions of the team.
