Frequently Asked Questions
What is this survey measuring?
The Culture & Engagement Survey measures how your team experiences your company culture. It surfaces insights about trust, collaboration, alignment, communication, and overall engagement — giving you a data-informed starting point for better conversations and smarter decisions.
Each team member will:
Respond to ~50 statements about their job, manager, and workplace
Indicate which topics are most important to them
Answer one open-ended question
Share an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)
Provide optional comments throughout
The survey takes 5–7 minutes to complete and can be done on any device.
Who Is This For?
This survey is designed for companies of any size — especially people-first organizations that care about building strong, engaged, and aligned teams. Whether you’re a 10-person team or a 200-person firm, the insights scale with you.
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. 100%. The survey does not collect names, email addresses, or any other identifying information. Participation is voluntary, and no question requires a response that could be used to identify an individual. Your team can answer honestly without fear of being singled out.
What will I get from participating?
You’ll receive four valuable reports to help you make sense of your team’s feedback:
A Summary Report comparing your results to companies of a similar size
A Comments Report with unfiltered, anonymous employee feedback
An eNPS Report (Employee Net Promoter Score) with supporting comments
An Excel Export of your raw survey data
You’ll also receive video tutorials to help interpret the results, plus email templates to help you invite your team to participate.
How much time does it take?
The survey takes most team members 5–7 minutes to complete. Administrators may need 10–15 minutes total to register, send the invite, and follow up using our pre-written templates.
What do I do after the survey?
Once the survey closes, you’ll receive your reports and tutorial videos. The next step is to review the results with your leadership team, identify patterns or opportunities, and begin a meaningful conversation about what’s working — and what could be better. We designed this survey to be a catalyst, not just a diagnostic.
