    We’ve learned the best way to show the value of planning is to let you experience it. By walking through the framework, you’ll see how structured planning can bring clarity and alignment to your team.

  • The CEO and 2–3 key leaders who will shape next year’s results. Solo CEOs are welcome, but bringing at least one other leader creates stronger conversation and collaboration. Too many voices can slow the process, so keeping the group small works best.

  • You’ll walk away with a first-draft annual plan that highlights:

    • 3–5 improvements that will move the business forward

  • Two hours, plus a short 15–30 minute pre-call and follow-up call with Doug.

  • No preparation is required — the session works even if you come in with a blank page. For teams who want a head start, we can provide a short Annual Plan Survey to complete a week before the session. It’s optional, but it can save time by surfacing ideas and priorities before we begin.

  • Best for companies with 10–75 employees, though any leadership team ready to clarify priorities will benefit.

  • No problem. The workbook is cloud-based, so your team can collaborate in real time from anywhere.

  • This session strengthens what you already do. It can refresh a stale plan, align your priorities, and connect your one-year plan to a bigger three-year vision.

  • Yes. You’ll leave with a completed workbook that’s yours to refine and use throughout the year.

  • Yes. We work with global clients and offer flexible scheduling to fit different time zones.

  • It’s best if your leadership team attends together, but Doug can adapt if only part of the team can make it.
